Chase Bank

I came to this branch and asked about safe deposit box leasing. The branch employee politely replied that waiting list is around 9 years. That was all he did without looking into my account details, asking if I want to wait, or offering any other help. Maybe he knows all Chase customers and their accounts details, and even waiting status for all safe deposit box sizes at this and all other branches, but for me it was like Chase is not interested in my $100/year and has more important and profitable customers.

A clean Chase conveniently located right by the D train station. The interior is very large and unique compared to other chase banks. The staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, sometimes the wait is long. The wait to speak to a representative to open a new account was 2 hours. A family of 4 held up the line for a good 1.5 hours yet they did not have another representative support the front. Nonetheless, the staff was helpful, and opening an account took less than 15 minutes.

Tl;dr - great Chase location, kind and helpful staff, there is a wait occasionally

When I went here, there were no tellers, only a single machine dispensing money at the bank of this small bank. The lady ahead of me spent ten minutes inserting checks into the machine and when asked how much longer, she said five more minutes. I left and went to a different location. Do people not know you can take pictures of your checks on your phone to deposit into your account? Never going back to this location again.
