Karen Lowe
Starting her journey as the Director of 4 Day Week South Africa, Karen has been a vital and core member of the 4 Day Week Global team for several years now. With her strategic acumen for developing and nurturing partnerships and her passion for reshaping work cultures, Karen has helped forge powerful collaborations to advance our mission of advocating for a more balanced and efficient approach to work.
Debbie Bailey
With 25 years experience working in a variety of Government and For Purpose leadership roles, Debbie’s first exposure to the 4 day week was when she successfully implemented the initiative in her previous organisation, before joining 4 Day Week Global as our former Head of Growth. Debbie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an experienced Company Secretary, Chairperson and Director of not for profit and commercial Boards.
